Vivos Therapeutics (VVOS) said Wednesday it has signed a collaboration agreement with Florida-based South Palm Cardiovascular Associates to support the formation and operation of AIM Florida.
AIM Florida is a management services organization that will provide diagnostic and treatment services for cardiovascular disease patients who also suffer from obstructive sleep apnea and insomnia, the company said.
AIM Florida's operating plan calls for the initial establishment of a sleep optimization team to serve about 250 patients a month and generate more than $6 million a year, with contribution margins of nearly 50% once fully deployed, Vivos said.
More teams are expected to be added over time to meet projected demand, the company said.
