Vividthree (SGX:OMK), an immersive content and virtual reality company, forecasted a net loss for the fiscal year ended March 31, according to a Monday bourse filing.
The company has attributed this to impairment losses on goodwill and will release its results no later than May 30.

Pacific Radiance (SGX:RXS) allotted and issued 6,183 shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.Following the allotment and issuance of the new shares, the offshore marine services company's share capital has increased to 1.46 billion shares, excluding treasury shares.The new shares will be listed and quoted on May 28.
