Vividthree (SGX:OMK) received a total amount of SG$1 million from an investor, following the completion of the issuance of convertible bonds under a bond subscription agreement, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The entertainment company had earlier agreed to issue unlisted, interest-bearing, unsecured, redeemable, convertible bonds at SG$0.0165 per conversion share to One and One Global.
