Vista Group International Signs Six-Year Agreement With HOYTS to Transition Australian, New Zealand Circuits to Cloud Platform

Vista Group International (ASX:VGL, NZE:VGL) signed a new six-year agreement with existing client HOYTS to transition its Australia and New Zealand circuits to Operational Excellence, Vista's full cloud offering, according to a Monday Australia and New Zealand bourse filing.

The company said HOYTS has more than 60 cinemas and more than 500 screens across Australia and New Zealand, and will transition its core cinema operations to a modern cloud platform designed to deliver greater scalability, reliability, security and performance.
