Vista Group International (NZE:VGL, ASX:VGL) logged NZ$0.01 in loss per share for the first half, compared with a loss of NZ$0.01 a year ago, a Monday filing showed.
Analyst estimates were not immediately available for comparison.
For the six months ended June 30, revenue was NZ$86.3 million versus NZ$77 million previously, the Australia and New Zealand dual-listed software and technology firm added.
Vista Group did not declare a dividend for the first half given "continued investment in its cloud transition and growth initiatives."
The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to between NZ$179 million and NZ$184 million from a previous range of NZ$176 million to NZ$182 million. Its full-year earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization margin remains on track at 18% to 20%.
Vista Group's New Zealand shares gained over 5% in recent Monday trade.
