Vision Marine Technologies Launches Battery Monitoring Mobile App

Vision Marine Technologies (VMAR) has launched Vision Marine Tech, a mobile application that allows boat owners and service technicians to monitor compatible Vision Marine battery systems, it said Tuesday.

The app connects to supported battery systems via Bluetooth-enabled battery-management hardware and provides real-time battery information, including state of charge, pack voltage, charge and discharge current, operating temperature, battery health, cycle count, individual cell voltages and system alarms.

The company said the app is designed to help owners better understand battery condition before and during use. It also aims to support maintenance planning while providing technicians with diagnostic data to assist with troubleshooting.
