Viserve Enterprise (SET:VS) said it has yet to receive payment on a 100 million baht judgment against Digital P.V., with the amount recoverable depending on proceeds from the auction of the defendant's property.
The Thon Buri Civil Court ordered Digital P.V. to repay 100 million baht plus interest in December 2024, according to a filing with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
The defendant appealed, and the appeal remains pending with no date set for the judgment.
