Viewtrix Technology Sets Up Subsidiaries for Optical Interconnection, UCIe IP

Viewtrix Technology (HKG:3310) established two controlling subsidiaries to develop optical interconnection and UCIe IP businesses, with a 55% stake in each.

Shuqing Zhiyun will focus on optical interconnection, while Xinqing Zhiyun will develop UCIe interconnect IP licensing, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The two businesses will be financed through private equity funding, which remains at the negotiation and due diligence stage.

Shares of the company jumped 13% in Wednesday trade.
