Victory Giant Technology (HKG:2476, SHE:300476) proposed adopting a 2026 restricted A-share incentive scheme and a first-tranche A-share employee share ownership plan, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The incentive scheme would grant up to 4.86 million restricted A shares, representing about 0.49% of the company's total share capital, to up to 1,545 employees at 155.94 yuan per share.
The shares will be sourced from repurchased A shares and/or a private placement of new A shares.
Separately, the employee share ownership plan would raise up to 700 million yuan to acquire up to 2.90 million A shares, or about 0.29% of the company's total share capital, through secondary market purchases.
The plan would cover up to 564 employees and would not involve the issuance of new shares.
Shares of the printed circuit board manufacturer were up 4% in Shanghai and 6% in Hong Kong on recent trade.
