Victoria's Secret (VSXY) maintained its sales momentum in Q2, with strength in its core North America business and healthy international trends supporting a potential earnings beat and higher fiscal 2026 guidance, UBS said in a note emailed Tuesday.
The company is scheduled to report its Q2 results on Sept. 3.
UBS expects a 6 cent Q2 EPS beat and a full-year EPS guidance increase, citing expected Q2 outperformance and lower second-half tariffs, according to the note.
The brokerage noted the market has a similar view, and therefore sees a balanced upside/downside skew over the event. UBS raised its 2026 to 2028 EPS estimates by 5% to 7%.
The brokerage maintained a neutral rating and raised the price target to $95 price target from $90.
