The board declared a final distribution of AU$0.062 per stapled security, up from AU$0.0605 a year earlier, payable Sept. 16 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 26.
The company guided for fiscal 2027 AFFO per security of AU$0.139 to AU$0.141, comparable net property income growth of 3.5%, and a fiscal year distribution payout ratio of 95% to 100% of AFFO.
