Corporacion Inmobiliaria Vesta (VTMX) said Tuesday it signed two lease agreements totaling more than 570,000 square feet of industrial space in Monterrey, Mexico.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
The buildings at Vesta Park Apodaca were leased to European companies specializing in industrial manufacturing and equipment production tied to critical infrastructure and specialized supply chains.
