Vertical Aerospace Appoints Fabrice Bregier as Board Chair

Vertical Aerospace (EVTL) said Monday it has appointed Fabrice Bregier as chair of its board, effective Sept. 21.

Bregier previously served as CEO of Airbus Commercial Aircraft and as chief operating officer of Airbus Group.

Interim Chair Ben Story will remain on the board, the company said.

Shares of the company were over 5% higher in Monday premarket activity.
