Ventia Services Group Secures AU$133 Million Extension at Western Australian Marine Complex

Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) secured a five-year, AU$133 million contract extension to continue operating and managing the Australian marine complex-common user facility in Western Australia, with the new term commencing in July 2027, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company will continue managing a key Western Australian Government facility that has grown into a national hub for shipbuilding and maritime sustainment, supporting major industry and Australia's sovereign defense capability, per the filing.

The extension strengthens the company's role in delivering common-user infrastructure and aligns with state and federal defense and infrastructure priorities for the Henderson precinct, the filing added.
