Ventia Services Group (NZE:VNT, ASX:VNT) logged AU$0.1581 in underlying basic earnings per share for the first half, compared with AU$0.1382 a year ago, a Monday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.1499.
For the six months ended June 30, total revenue was AU$2.89 billion versus AU$3.04 billion previously, the Australia and New Zealand dual-listed infrastructure services provider added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet projected AU$3.08 billion.
The company's board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.1176 per security, up from AU$0.1071 a year earlier, payable Oct. 8 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 28.
Ventia Services Group said it continues to expect full-year 2026 underlying adjusted net profit after tax growth of 7% to 10%.
The company also upsized its on-market buyback program by AU$50 million to AU$300 million.
Its New Zealand shares gained 1% in recent Monday trade.
