Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) appointed Mark Ralston as managing director and CEO, effective Sept. 1, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Ralston has been at Ventia for 12 years, most recently overseeing the company's defense and social infrastructure division.
He will succeed Dean Banks as CEO.
