Vega Upstream JV has completed its acquisition of Toklan Oil and Gas and affiliates in the Western Anadarko Basin for $15 million, it said on Wednesday.
The acquisition target produces from 28 wells across about 7,000 net acres in basin and it has a non-operated portfolio of stakes in more than 250 wells producing about 500 barrels per day.
Vega has also acquired West Thomas Field Services, owner and operator of the Deer Greek Gathering System, and some associated surface acreage.
The deal involved the outright purchase of the issued and outstanding capital in Rampart Holdings headquartered in Oklahoma, which owned 100% of Toklan Oil and Gas Corporation.
Vega JV is managed by three energy industry veterans, Randall Connally, Christopher Czuppon and Claudio Coltellini.
