Varonis Systems Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revneue Rise; Q3 Guidance Set

Varonis Systems (VRNS) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.04 per diluted share, up from $0.03 a year earlier.

Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $180 million, up from $152.2 million a year earlier.

For Q3, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.02 to $0.03 on revenue of $185 million to $188 million. Analysts expect EPS of $0.02 on revenue of $186.1 million.

For the full-year 2026, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $0.14 to $0.15 on revenue of $735 million to $739 million.

Analysts expect EPS of $0.12 on revenue of $734.4 million.
