Vanzo (KLSE:VANZO) unit Vanzo Asia signed a distribution deal with Hong Kong-based Leadsun International to distribute LIBY-branded products in Malaysia.
Under the deal, Vanzo Asia will act as the non-exclusive importer and distributor, with rights to market and develop sales channels nationwide, subject to performance conditions, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.
The agreement runs for an initial one-year term, and is automatically renewable unless terminated with 90 days' notice.
