Vår Energi (VAR.OL) agreed to sell minority equity interests in the Goliat and Fenja oil fields on the Norwegian Continental Shelf for up to $350 million.
The upstream oil and gas company will sell a 20% stake in the Goliat field to Polish energy group Orlen's (PKN.WA) Orlen Upstream Norway subsidiary and a 25% interest in the Fenja field to oil exploration services company Concedo, according to a Thursday release. It will retain a 45% and 50% equity interest in the fields, respectively.
Vår Energi expects to finalize the deals in the second half of 2026, subject to customary authority approvals.
