USP Unit Secures Tohatsu Outboard Motors Dealership in Peninsular Malaysia

USP Group (SGX:BRS) unit Supratechnic (M) has been appointed an authorized dealer of Tohatsu outboard motors in Peninsular Malaysia, excluding Mersing.

The appointment was made by Tai Hua Agencies, the Master Dealer for Peninsular Malaysia for Tohatsu outboard motors, according to a Friday Singapore Exchange filing.

Supratechnic (M) plans to begin its first official dealer orders in September 2026.

The appointment is expected to expand USP Group's addressable marine market in Peninsular Malaysia, boost its engagement with dealers and end-customers, and generate additional revenue streams for its marine distribution business.

SBI Holdings (TYO:8473) plans to purchase a 20% stake in Indonesia-based online brokerage Ajaib Group for $270 million by the end of August, making the latter an equity-method affiliate, Nikkei Asia reported Friday.Ajaib offers online brokerage, foreign-exchange margin trading, cryptocurrency and asset management services.
