USP Group's (SGX:BRS) subsidiary, Scientific and Industrial Instrumentation, signed a joint venture and commercial collaboration agreement with Kimera Health to market and distribute healthcare and other associated products across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
The incorporation will require no capital contribution, will allow products to be distributed through Kimera's medical device licenses and registrations, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The subsidiary has also signed a non-binding agreement to acquire up to 51% of one or more of Kimera's entities.
