USA Compression Partners (USAC), a Dallas-based natural gas compression services provider, reported that Q2 2026 average revenue per revenue-generating horsepower per month increased to $22.84 in the second quarter, up from $21.31 in the same period of 2025.
Average revenue-generating horsepower rose to 4.45 million from 3.55 million a year earlier.
Average horsepower utilization was 92.0% in the quarter, compared with 94.4% in the year-ago period.
The company said that approximately half of its planned 2027 new horsepower is already contracted and it has "meaningful 2028 commitments in hand."
The company's fleet horsepower in the second quarter rose to 4,952,190 from 3,858,508 in the corresponding quarter in 2025, and revenue-generating horsepower likewise rose to 4,455,148 in the second quarter from 3,538,668 a year ago.
