Constellation Oil Services (COSH.OL) settled its offering of $650 million senior secured bond due 2033, according to a Monday release.The bond carries an annual fixed coupon of 7.700%, payable semi-annually, and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange.The offshore drilling company will use the net proceeds to fully pay its outstanding $650 million of 9.375% senior secured notes due 2029. Redemption of the existing bonds is anticipated on Tuesday.

Gulfport Energy (GPOR) reported Q2 earnings late Monday of $4.85 per diluted share, down from $9.12 a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.91.Revenue in the three months ended June 30 fell to $323.2 million from $447.6 million a year earlier.Analysts expected $303.8 million.
