China Jushi (SHA:600176) raised 500 million yuan via the issue of five-year science and technology innovation bonds carrying an issuance rate of 1.78%.Agricultural Bank of China serves as lead underwriter, with Bank of China as joint lead underwriter, according to a Thursday aftermarket filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the fiberglass maker declined 5% in recent trade.
Kasikornbank (SET:KBANK) issued $800 million of 6.278% tier 2 subordinated bonds due 2036 to overseas institutional investors, according to a Friday filing with the Thailand Exchange.The bonds were issued through its Hong Kong branch under its $4 billion euro medium-term bond program and carry a 10-year tenure.Moody's Investors has assigned the bonds a Ba1 credit rating.
Huadian New Energy (SHA:600930) issued 1.50 billion yuan worth of medium-term bonds, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.The bonds have an interest rate of 1.70% and a term of five years, maturing Sept. 16, 2031.China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) acted as the bookrunner and lead underwriter of the issuance.The Chinese energy company's shares rose 2% in morning trading.
