Shenwan Hongyuan (SHE:000166, HKG:6806) redeemed its 3.30 billion yuan bonds issued in 2021, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The bonds had a coupon rate of 3.7% and have since been delisted from the Shenzhen bourse.
Shanghai Electric Group (HKG:2727, SHA:601727) applied for the listing of green bonds worth 1.50 billion yuan on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The bonds are due in 2029.Guotai Junan International (HKG:1788) is the lead coordinator, as well as one of the bookrunners of the offering.
Sika (SIKA.SW) said Wednesday it issued its inaugural hybrid capital bond in two equal tranches with a combined principal amount of 1 billion euros.The issuance comprised 500 million euros of 4.375% hybrid bond with a first call date of Feb. 26, 2032, and a first reset date of May 26, 2032, alongside 500 million euros of 4.875% hybrid bond with a first call date of Feb. 26, 2035, and a first reset date of May 26, 2035.The specialty chemicals company earmarked net proceeds from the issuance for general corporate expenditures, including bolt-on acquisitions and debt refinancing.
