Vital Healthcare Property Trust (NZE:VHP) logged NZ$0.115 in adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) per unit for fiscal 2026, compared with NZ$0.1041 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, net property income was NZ$162.2 million versus NZ$148.8 million previously, the New Zealand-listed real estate investment trust added.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of NZ$0.024375 per unit, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable Sept. 3 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 20.
The company expects fiscal 2027 distributions of NZ$0.0975 per unit, payable quarterly.
The company's shares fell 2% in recent Thursday trade.
