(Updated to include UBS commentary)
UBS lowered its price target on lululemon athletica (LULU) to $120 from $124 ahead of the company's Q2 earnings report, expecting a moderately bearish upside/downside skew.
The brokerage believes weak China and US sales growth outlooks will prompt the company to reduce its 2026 EPS guide by roughly $1.25, to a range of $9.70-$9.90, below the Street consensus of $10.93.
The brokerage doesn't expect management to announce material changes to its US action plan, because the new chief executive is scheduled to start just one week after the Q2 report.
lululemon athletica has an average rating of hold and mean price target of $121.57, according to analysts polled by FactSet.
