Steven Madden (SHOO) shares were up over 7% in Thursday trading after the company reported better-than-expected Q2 results and raised its fiscal 2026 outlook.
The company posted quarterly adjusted net income of $0.44 per diluted share, up from $0.20 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.32.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $665.9 million, up from $559 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected revenue of $635.4 million.
The company raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted diluted EPS to a range of $2.05 to $2.15, up from its previous guidance range of $2.00 to $2.10. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.14.
Steven Madden now expects fiscal 2026 revenue to increase 11% to 13%, up from its previous guidance of 10% to 12%.
