Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK, NZE:SPK) started a strategic review of its Digital Services division, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The review is expected to be completed in the first half of fiscal year 2027, the filing said.
The company will shift to a new organizational structure comprising two divisions, namely Connectivity and Digital Services, with both enabled by centralized shared functions.
In line with the restructure, Chief Commercial Officer Mark Beder was named Chief Customer Officer of Connectivity, per the filing.
The company's shares rose past 3% in recent Monday trading on the Australian bourse. Its New Zealand shares gained over 2%.
