Qoria (ASX:QOR) said the Federal Court of Australia will hold a second court hearing on July 7 to consider approving the proposed acquisition of the company by Aura Consolidated Group via a scheme of arrangement, according to an Australian bourse filing on June 26 after market hours.
The scheme will first be put to a vote by shareholders at a meeting in Perth on Thursday, per the filing.
Shareholders who wish to oppose the scheme at the court hearing must file a notice of appearance and a supporting affidavit with the court, and serve copies on the company, no later than one day before the hearing, the filing added.
The company's shares rose around 6% in recent Monday trade.
