Ooma (OOMA) shares rose nearly 11% in Thursday trading after the company late Wednesday reported a fiscal Q2 beat and raised fiscal 2027 guidance.
The company reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.35 per diluted share, up from $0.23 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.33.
Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 rose to $83.2 million from $66.4 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $81.7 million.
Ooma expects fiscal Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.34 to $0.35 on revenue of $83.7 million to $84.5 million.
Analysts expect $0.32 and $82.0 million, respectively.
The company raised fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS guidance to $1.35 to $1.38 on revenue of $332.0 million to $333.5 million. Its prior guidance was for adjusted EPS of $1.29 to $1.34 on revenue of $326 million to $328.5 million.
Analysts expect $1.31 and $327.5 million, respectively.
