(Updates with the latest Nebius stock price movement in the headline and the first paragraph.)
Nebius (NBIS) shares rose 9% in Tuesday trading after the company partnered with Palantir Technologies (PLTR) to give Palantir commercial clients access to Nebius' AI-native compute infrastructure and cloud platform.
Nebius' compute and inference endpoints will be accessible within Palantir's enterprise perimeter following an integration period, according to the statement.
The integration will allow eligible Palantir customers to deploy open models on Nebius infrastructure and continually adapt them using their own data, the companies said.
Palantir also named Nebius as its preferred sovereign AI infrastructure partner as part of the partnership.
In addition, the companies plan to work on accelerating the deployment of new compute capacity for Palantir customers, including through modular data-center deployments at sites where power is already available, the partners said.
