Walmart (WMT) is paying $1.4 billion to acquire French advertising-technology firm Vibe.co, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The deal includes a $1.2 billion cash payout to Vibe.co, as well as about $180 million paid to its top executives, who, under the terms of the deal, must stay on at Walmart for four years, the report said, citing the people.

Walmart previously announced the acquisition but did not provide the financial details.

Walmart declined to comment on the deal value.
