Payoneer Global (PAYO) is in advanced talks to be acquired by Canadian payments firm Nuvei for about $2.7 billion, including Payoneer's cash, which implies an enterprise value of about $2.3 billion, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing two people familiar with the matter.

Nuvei could sign a deal to acquire Payoneer in the coming days, the report said, citing the people.

Payoneer declined to comment to, while Nuvei didn't immediately reply to a request for comment.
