Chinese chip designer Kiwimoore has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong initial public offering that could value the company at around $2 billion, Reuters reported Thursday, citing two people familiar with the matter.
The Shanghai-based company is targeting a Hong Kong listing in the first half of 2027 and raised about 700 million yuan in a July funding round at an $8 billion yuan valuation, according to the report.
It has appointed CITIC Securities and ABC International to work on the listing, the report added.
