Kymera Therapeutics (KYMR) shares were up roughly 17% in Thursday trading after the company said it has completed enrollment in its phase 2b Broaden2 trial of KT-621 in moderate to severe atopic dermatitis ahead of schedule.
Enrollment was completed nearly six months earlier than expected, allowing Kymera to bring forward the topline data readout to year-end 2026 from mid-2027, the company said.
Kymera plans to initiate phase 3 trials in atopic dermatitis by mid-2027 and noted that its phase 2b Breadth trial of KT-621 in eosinophilic asthma is ongoing, with data expected in late 2027, it added.
