Hansen Technologies (ASX:HSN) logged AU$0.323 in adjusted basic earnings per share for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.279 a year ago, a Wednesday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, operating revenue was AU$386.5 million versus AU$392.5 million previously, the Australia-listed global software and services provider added.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.05 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable Sept. 18 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 25.
The company expects fiscal 2027 revenue to be broadly stable compared with fiscal 2026, with recurring support and maintenance revenue growing around 6% to 8% and underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization margin exceeding 26%.
The company's shares tumbled around 19% in recent trading on Wednesday and earlier reached their lowest since July 2020.
