Guzman y Gomez (ASX:GYG) logged AU$0.521 in underlying earnings per share from continuing operations for the fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.389 a year ago, a Friday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$520.4 million versus AU$427.1 million previously, the Australia-listed fast-food restaurant company added.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.406 per share, up from AU$0.126 a year earlier, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 16.
The company expects fiscal 2027 to see the opening of 35 new restaurants in Australia, continued mid-single-digit comparable sales growth, and underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization as a percentage of network sales expanding to 6.7% to 6.9%.
Its shares jumped 12% in recent trading on Friday.
