Shenzhen Forms Syntron Information (HKG:6700, SHE:300468) has postponed its initial public offering in Hong Kong, citing current market conditions, according to a Thursday filing.
The Chinese fintech services provider said it will refund the margin financing secured for the IPO and is assessing a revised timetable for the proposed listing.
The company had planned to determine the final offer price on Sept. 18, announce the IPO allocations on Sept. 21 and begin trading the following day.
Forms Syntron was targeting to raise up to HK$943.4 million through the issuance of about 58.9 million H-shares at a maximum price of HK$16.00 each.
