Update: DigitalOcean Shares Rise After Q2 Beat

DigitalOcean (DOCN) shares were up 2.5% in Tuesday trading after the company reported better-than-expected Q2 results.

The company posted quarterly adjusted earnings of $0.45 per diluted share, compared with $0.59 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.26.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $281.2 million, compared with $218.7 million a year earlier.

For Q3, the company set its adjusted EPS guidance at a range of $0.28 to $0.30, and 2026 guidance of $1.35 to $1.40.

The company also expects Q3 revenue of $304 million to $307 million, and raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $1.17 billion to $1.18 billion from previous guidance of $1.13 billion to $1.15 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect Q3 and 2026 revenue of $300 million and $1.16 billion respectively.
