Blue Moon Metals (BMM) shares were up over 11% in Friday trading after the company said late Thursday it obtained a water pollution control permit from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection and a reclamation permit for its Springer tungsten project in Pershing County, Nevada.
The company said the tailings storage facility's reclamation closure bond has also been approved and posted.
Blue Moon Metals is now authorized to begin construction activities at Springer, including refurbishment of the existing mill and activities authorized under the permits.
