Update: Bloom Energy Share Rise After Q1 Beat

Bloom Energy's (BE) shares were up nearly 24% in Wednesday trading, a day after the company reported Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue above market expectations.

The company reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.44 per diluted share, up from $0.03 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.12.

Revenue for the three months ended March 31 was $751.1 million, up from $326.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $539.9 million.

For 2026, the company said it raised its guidance for adjusted EPS to $1.85 to $2.25 and revenue to $3.4 billion to $3.8 billion. Analysts expected $1.42 and $3.24 billion, respectively.
