Universal Scientific Industrial (SHA:601231) will increase its investment in its Vietnam subsidiary by $120 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The funding will raise USI Vietnam's registered capital to $235 million from $115 million. USI Vietnam will remain a subsidiary of the Chinese listed company.
