Unitree Robotics (SHA:688836) announced the details for its initial strategic placement for its listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The Chinese robotics company plans to publicly issue 40,446,434 new shares, representing 10% of its total shares post-listing. Out of the total offering, 8,089,286 shares will be issued in the initial strategic placement.
The strategic placement comprises the offline and online offerings. Before the activation of the clawback mechanism, the initial offline offering will consist of 25,886,148 shares and the online offering will comprise 6,471,000 shares.
The online roadshow will be held on Friday, Aug. 7.
