Unitree Robotics (SHA:688836) has priced its initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market board, seeking a valuation of 61 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
The Chinese robotics company will offer 40,446,434 shares representing 10% of its share capital at 150.80 yuan apiece to raise 6.1 billion yuan in gross proceeds.
The figure tops earlier market expectations, with Bloomberg previously reporting that the company was expected to raise about 4.2 billion yuan.
Online and offline subscriptions will begin Aug. 10.
