United States Antimony Names Shawn Winkler as Interim CFO

United States Antimony (UAMY) said Wednesday that Shawn Winkler has been named interim chief financial officer, effective Monday, replacing Richard Isaak, who is taking a temporary personal leave of absence.

Winkler, a prior financial consultant to the company, most recently served as CFO of Burrow Global, a Texas-based construction firm, the company said.

Isaak is expected to return after the conclusion of the leave, which will last a minimum of two months, the company said.

United States Antimony shares were more than 9% higher in Wednesday trading.
