United Microelectronics (TPE:2303) clarified a media report claiming it is working with Intel on chip production using 12-nanometer (nm) and 3-nm process technologies, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The company said it does not comment on speculative reports or market rumors and reiterated that investors should rely on official disclosures published via the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).

South Korean software company Innoax (KOSDAQ:296640) secured a contract from Samsung SDS (KRX:018260) to enhance the Samsung Life Insurance front-core system, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.The contract, valued at 3.48 billion won, is valid till Dec. 21, 2027.Shares of Innoax fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
