The United Steelworkers, AFL-CIO, and IndustriALL Global Union said Thursday that the lockout, which has barred employees from reporting to work since March to pressure them into accepting concessions during labor talks, is creating governance, safety, and environmental risks.
BP did not immediately respond to a request for comment from.
