Unimicron Technology (TPE:3037) acquired a batch of facilities for NT$304.1 million from UCheng Deh Fire Protection, according to a Friday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The facilities are for production and operation.
Shares of the printed circuit board maker soared nearly 10% in Friday trading.
